Refund Policy

At CAMPO culture, every camera is carefully inspected and tested before shipping. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are handled under specific conditions, as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted only under the following condition:

    • The product arrives defective, and

    • The issue cannot be repaired or resolved.

    Due to our inspection process, defects are very rare.

    We do not accept refunds for:

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Minor cosmetic wear clearly described on the product page

    • Normal signs of use expected from vintage cameras

    • Damage caused after delivery

    • Incorrect expectations regarding the product’s age or characteristics


2. Warranty Coverage

  • All products include a 1-month functional warranty from the date of delivery.

    The warranty covers functional issues related to core camera operations, such as:

    • Lens functionality

    • Autofocus

    • Shutter

    • Flash

    • Image capture

    If a problem occurs within the warranty period, please contact us first so we can assess repair or replacement options before considering a refund.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Photos or videos showing the defect

Requests that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible.


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue.

  • If necessary, the product may need to be returned for inspection.

  • Refunds are approved only after confirmation that the product is defective and cannot be repaired.


5. Return Shipping

  • If a refund or repair is approved, return instructions will be provided.

    Return shipping costs are covered only if the defect is confirmed.

    Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including accessories whenever possible.


6. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs

  • Items returned without prior approval
